Delivery Fee
Free delivery fee upon HK$800 purchase

 

Shipping Time
In-stock items will be shipped within 5 business days of order confirmation. This business day excludes weekends, national holidays, New Year's holidays, Christmas holidays, and major holidays such as Golden Week. Requests for delivery dates and times cannot be accepted.

 

Delivery Area
16 INC only supports delivery within Hong Kong.

 

Delivery and Pickup
The recipient may need to sign the package to receive the product. Please ensure that an address is available to receive the package during office hours. If the package cannot be delivered to the recipient due to personal reasons, please contact the postal service provider directly for further arrangements.

 

Consolidated Delivery
Once a product is shipped, 16 INC will no longer allow combining two or more products into one for shipment.

 

Change of Delivery
After the product is shipped, any changes to the recipient's name, phone number, or address must be handled by the customer directly contacting the postal service provider specified in the shipping confirmation email. Any delivery delays and resulting costs will be borne by the recipient.

 

Liability of Delivery
16 INC makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality of the postal service. 16 INC shall not be liable for any matters arising out of or related to the postal service. 16 INC reserves the right to modify the above terms at any time without notice. In the event of any dispute, 16 INC reserves the right of final decision.
